Emmanuel A. Santos has been in the tax business since 1990. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University - Bloomington, and Master of Science in Taxation from San Francisco State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, an IRS Enrolled Agent, and a Personal Financial Specialist. He also holds other licenses including Series 6, 7 & 63 securities licenses; Real Estate Broker's license (CA Insurance License # 01302678); Life Agent, Variable Contracts, Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent insurance licenses (CA Insurance License # 0B99983).

He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Francisco benefiting AIDS charities. He is also the San Francisco Chapter Director of a financial services company. His work experiences include several tax and audit positions with Cooper's & Lybrand, H & R Block, and other CPA firms. He also held several accounting positions at Franklin Templeton Investments.

He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Enrolled Agents, California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and San Francisco Association of Realtors.
