Benjamin has been in the practice of law since 1961. In 1995, he was admitted to practice law in the state of California. He specializes in immigration, personal injury, real estate, family law, and commercial cases. In pursuit of further knowledge, he acquired his California Real Estate Broker License to service his clients with their real estate needs. His commitment to his clients motivated him to expand his practice.
 

As a lawyer, his primary objective is the well being of his clients. He is committed to pursue his client's case to the maximum limit allowable by law. He believes that when there is an injury, there must be a remedy. As a lawyer in both the State of California and the Philippines, coupled with his extensive background in real estate, Benjamin holds the qualifications and expertise to serve the best interest of his clients.
